Each property offers four bedrooms, two of which are Queen bedrooms with an ensuite each.

The other two bedrooms offer two single beds each.

There are two sofa beds in the lounge room, suitable for sleeping.

Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, crockery and pottery for your meals.

Toaster, Electrical Kettle, Rice Cooker, Sandwich Maker, Microwave & Electrical blender are offered for your convenience.

We are also children friendly and provide portable cot and high chair at no additional cost.

Secure garage for one vehicle and additional free parking on the street.

Check In Instructions

INFORMATION requirements for your stay - please read carefully and return the required information by the due date. The codes for the access to the property will only be provided upon receipt of this information.

Please return the below information by email or fax

1.Fill the front page of the attached House License Agreement

2.A copy of your drivers licence or passport for ID

3.Names of the Guests staying at the property (full names)

4.Credit Card details (number/expiry date/name & security code) for the property bond (The bond is authorised on day of check in, funds need to be available).

PROPERTY DAMAGE AND CLEANING BOND

The $750 pre authorisation of Property BOND on your VISA/MASTERCARD is administered on the day of check in.

PROPERTY BOND is required to be pre-authorised prior to check in. Credit card details are to be supplied for this purpose and, provided no additional charges have been incurred, will be refunded within five (5) business days following your stay. Deductions may be made for the repair or replacement of damaged, lost or stolen property excessive cleaning fees and lost keys.

ACCOMMODATION

The property has been made available to you and the guests confirmed only for accommodation purposes only, no functions, gatherings or events are to be held to in accordance to the signed license agreement.

There are no Pets allowed & Smoking is not permitted in the house.

Children and Extra Guests Details

$35 Per Guest Per Night.

Children do not get charged for if using portable cot or sleeping with parents.

Car Parking Details

Single Car Secure Garage is available.

Additional Car Park in the driveway and Free Parking on the street is available.
