Booking Amendment / Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or amend an accommodation booking, such cancellation or amendment will be in accordance with the cancellation and/or amendment policy of the accommodation provider as stated on your Booking Confirmation email.

In addition to any charges by the accommodation provider, there will also be an additional administration charge of AUD$15 if cancelled or amended online and AUD$25 if cancelled or amended by phone.

If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, you can do so via the form below or by calling 1800 061 610 in Australia and
0800 630 130 in New Zealand.

Whilst we will make ever endeavour to action your request promptly, please allow up to 48 hours for your cancellation or amendment to be processed.

If you are due to arrive within this 48 hour period, please ensure you also contact the property directly to ensure they are aware of the Cancellation or Amendment. Failure to do so may result in a penalty charged.
