The Grace is a 4 star Hotel located in the elegantly restored 1930s Neo Gothic Grace Building. Converted in 1997, The Grace Hotel boasts 382 spacious and contemporary rooms, plus a selection of Art Deco inspired function rooms. The Grace's function, conference and events facilities are adaptable to individual needs. Fifteen elegant function rooms (13 with natural light) provide organisers with a wide range of options to suit their specific requirements. The Hotel caters to requests for events from 10 to 500 people and includes state of the art AV equipment, an on-site Audio Visual Manager, broadband technology and Business Centre facilities.

Operating Monday to Friday from 0700 to 1800 and located on the second floor is a dedicated Conference Concierge serving all in house conference needs.

Contemporary, chic Bar77Grace Lounge & Dining is also available for private function hire. This bar is the perfect place to celebrate your next occasion in style.

Conference delegates will also enjoy special accommodation rates with complimentary access to the Rooftop Health & Fitness Centre, sauna, steam room and heated indoor lap pool, overlooking the city skyline. Restaurants and bars on site include the Grace Cafe, Grace Brasserie, Bar77Grace and P.J O'Brien's pub.

Car Parking Details

Due to the building's heritage, car parking within the building's basement is limited although adequate for most occasions. Plaza Parking operates a 60 space car park beneath the Hotel, offering discounted parking rates to in-house guests and conference delegates. Hotel guests pay a rate of $35 per 24 hour period (multiple entries allowed), with hourly rates available if this time period is exceeded. The entrance to the car park is located on Clarence Street at the rear of the Hotel.

Due to the limited number of spaces, car parking cannot be reserved and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Plaza Parking attendants can advise guests on alternative independent parking facilities if the car park is full.

Grace Café

Experience the contemporary Grace Café, where you can watch the hustle and bustle of the city in a relaxing environment whilst enjoying your meal. Choose from our fresh summer menu or the Chef's daily specials in a stress free dining atmosphere, right in the heart of the CBD.

The Grace Brasserie

Located on level 2, The Grace Brasserie offers a full buffet breakfast daily and the Grace Buffet Lunch on weekdays. The Brasserie is also available for conference and luncheon groups of twenty or more, with a maximum capacity of 180. The delicious and diverse hot & cold buffet lunch is available for only $22 per person. For an additional $10 you can enjoy a range of sumptuous desserts. The Brasserie is the perfect excuse to dine out at lunch.
