Our Junior Suites are open plan, bright and spacious incorporating a generous living area and bedroom facility in one. The suites offer luxurious King or twin beds with private balconies. Alpine View suites overlook our rose gardens, water feature, tennis court towards the mountains. New and contemporary bathrooms in our Alpine View Suites with shower and/ or bath are complimented by floor to ceiling marble and superior toiletries.

Business Facilities

Nugget Point offers the perfect venue for conferencing. We specialise in conference and incentive groups from 10 - 30 delegates.

Nugget Point conference facility is fully equipped with modern audio-visual and media requirements such as data projectors (hired locally), video and television equipment, flip charts and a large white board. Additional services such as fax, photocopying and a postal service are available at reception.

Check In Instructions

Check in at 2pm. A Credit Card imprint is required upon Check In.

Children and Extra Guests Details

Room Rates are based on two people sharing a room. The extra person charge is NZ$130.00+GST. Children under 3 and sharing existing bedding Free Of Charge. Cots are supplied free of charge.

Car Parking Details

Nugget Point Resort offers free off-street, secure parking with a Valet Service upon request.

Travel Directions

Nugget Point Resort is situated on Malaghans Rd, and is 8 minutes drive from Queenstown Centre. From Queenstown Centre, continue along Gorge Rd which turns into Malaghans Rd and the Resort will be seen on the right-hand side about 2 kms after passing Shotover Bridge.

Things To Do

Take a day trip to Milford Sound to view wildlife, dolphins and seals in the serene natural setting of Fiordland National Park

Coronet Peak skifield is only 15 minutes by sealed road from Nugget Point. Even closer is our own helipad, from where you can be whisked away to spectacular mountain scenery and untouched powder ski slopes. Check out our fabulous Boutique Ski Packages or Private Heli-Skiing escapes.

Experience the rugged beauty of the Shotover River in a breathtaking jet boat ride through deep gorges and turbulent water.
