All bookings for peak period (including Christmas, New Year, Blues Fest, Splendor In The Grass) will be charge in full 1 month prior to arrival, no cancellation accepted.

Xmas & New Year

Minimum stay of 5 nights is required from the 28th of December to 2 January

**No check-in or Check-out Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day.

Blues Fest

Minimum stay 5 nights is required from the 5 Apr 2012 to 10 Apr 2012

Minimum stay 5 nights is required from the 2 Apr 2013 to 7 Apr 2012

Splendor In The Grass

Minimum stay 3 nights is required from the 27 July to 29 July 2012

Schoolies & Sporting Team

Schoolies, Footy Team & Netballers

* Full Payment is required at the time of booking and is non refundable 1 month prior to arrival

* Will only accept full room booking for all schoolies & sporting team. Sharing option will not be accepted. All beds in room will have to be paid for.

* A $20.00 non- refundable security fee will be paid by each guest on arrival.

* We will hold a security bond of $200 per person for all bookings. Bond will be refunded upon satisfactory room inspection

All payment made with credit card will incur a 2.5% surcharge fees.
