Children and Extra Guests Details

Children are welcome at Hotel Grand Chancellor Launceston. Children 15 years of age or under stay free of charge when travelling with an adult and using existing bedding. Cots for babies are provided free of charge. We also provide a babysitting service, on request.

Travel Directions

Knowledgeable reception staff will help you with hire cars, tours, transfers or booking services. The airport is 15-20 minutes away by car. The Airport Shuttle Bus provides a service to and from the airport. There is a direct line in house for taxi services, as well as an in-house Avis car hire service.

From the airport take the southern outlet (A1) towards Launceston. Follow the signs to the City Centre via Bathurst Street and turn right under the bridge into Cimitiere Street. Turn right at second traffic light and then left into Cameron Street at first traffic light. The Hotel Grand Chancellor is located at 29 Cameron Street.
