Entrecasteaux

A grand room with high ceilings and furnished with Louis 16th French walnut bed, marble top side tables, tapestry wingback chair, full size wardrobe, a rare onyx topped 5 drawer side bureau and offering a beautiful federation period ensuite, 500 thread count linen, goosedown doonas and pillow menu.

Freycinet

A large room with high ceilings, matched Louis 16th 3 piece bedroom suite including french walnut bed, marble topped sidetables and armoire. Crowned with a french coronet and offering luxury 500 thread count linen, goose down doonas and pillow menu. Offering superb views of Launceston.

Travel Directions

'Hargate' is located 17 minutes drive from Launceston airport and just 2 minutes drive from the Launceston CBD. When travelling from Launceston airport follow the main highway into Launceston and turn right at the first set of traffic lights. Follow this road up the hill and turn left into Charles Street and then take the 3rd right into Canning Street. Proceed up Canning Street and you will see 'Hargate' on the corner of Canning and George Streets.
