4 Star Self Rated

24 Cavvanbah St, Byron Bay, NSW , 2481

Overview

Cavvanbah Seaside cottage is a charming piece of Byron Bay's history.

Set in quiet Cavvanbah street, this renovated beach house is only 800 metres walk to town and is directly opposite the beach access to beautiful Belongil beach.

This stunning property is the perfect place for a lazy beach holiday, and has just undergone a major rebuild.

The homes reconstruction has taken into account the history of the original building and has sympathetically blended the old world charm with a spacious modern interior. The inviting living space is generous in size and features a large kitchen with caesar stone benches and during winter cuddle up by the wood fire. The light filled living room opens through large bi-folding doors to a large entertainment and BBQ deck, perfect for alfresco dining.

The property consists of three large bedrooms. The master has a King size bed and en-suite. The second bedroom has a King and the third has two King Singles.

Two of the bedrooms open up onto generous covered verandahs through french doors and overlook the tranquil gardens, the perfect spot to unwind with a good book.

The cottage has ceiling fans and air conditioning.

The cottage also has FREE Wi-Fi.
