Overview
The Studio is adults only accommodation, leave the car and wander to the village, beaches, restaurants & pubs .The studio is a private, attached suite containing luxurious queen-sized bed and comfortable lounge area, en-suite with shower designed for two, kitchenette and patio area.. Bilinga Studio Sorrento is compact but comfortable attached accommodation that has off street parking and a private entrance. A screened patio is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee listening to the local birds. There is an electric panel heating with timer to remove the winter chills while you sit on the lounge and read one of the many books supplied or watch a movie from the comfort of the lounge or decadently from bed.
The en suite bathroom has a shower designed to share, complete with bath sheets and robes and is decorated with hand made South American tiles.
The kitchenette contains a microwave oven, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities that includes an espresso machine, and continental breakfast provisions
Wattlebird Cottage

Only 800m to the village of Sorrento, with it great pubs, restaurants and local boutique shopping and within easy walking distance of the beaches, the cottages are perfectly positioned to take advantage of all Sorrento and the Mornington Peninsula have on offer.
Tucked away in a quiet yet central garden setting these fully self contained cottages have all the facilities to make your stay an enjoyable one, There is a television, dvd player and numerous books on hand for relaxation. The cottages each have individual gas barbeques and you can enjoy a glass of local wine sitting on the verandah overlooking to fountain whilst cooking dinner.
MagBird Cottage
The cottages are complete with Coonara wood fires, reverse cycle air conditioning electric blankets and woolen doonas to ensure a snug winter break. In summer, the air conditioning and ceiling fans combine with crisp fresh sheets and cool cotton blankets to ensure a comfortable nights rest. Each cottage includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, convection microwave, reverse cycle air conditioning, and gas hotplates. Magbird Cottage is pet friendly by arrangement and includes a fully fenced dog run with kennel so your whole family can holiday together.

Children and Extra Guests Details

Pets are only accepted by prior arrangement and must be well behaved and well socialised.
Pets are to be restrained at all times by the owner either on a lead, or in the pet run, so they do not at any time bother other guests or the garden
Guests are responsible for costs associated with repairs or damage caused by their pets
Shedding dogs are not allowed inside the cottages at any time.
A kennel and dog run is supplied, however owners are to provide all bedding bowls etc.
Guests must clean up after their dogs in the dog run and not allow their dogs free range to relieve themselves in the gardens where ever they please.
Bilinga Management reserves the right to ask a guests to remove their pet if they are causing a disturbance, to charge guests for any excess cleaning in relation to dog hair / droppings or damage..
There are minimum booking periods for long weekends / public and school holidays.

Things To Do
As well as spending the day soaking up the sun at the beach, there are many tours of interest on the Mornington Peninsula. Most of the wineries are quite popular in Summer if you like winetasting or just enjoy the great ocean views offered by the local country side.
You could check out Arthurs' Seat or go exploring the National Parks however luncheon or dinner are also a specialty of the area, offering delicious snacks or 3 course dinners, fish & chips or inch thick steak. After lunch you could try your hand at a round of golf or maybe offering a local sailing race your assistance as "balaste" as this often works for newcomers to the sport.
