The luxury Indian Ocean Suite has panoramic ocean views, a large lounge and bathroom with spa, four poster bed, 50" LCD TV/ DVD, second bedroom with single four poster bed - a comfortable rollabed can be added.
The Ocean Room and Seaview French Boudoir also have beautiful four poster beds as well as a balcony, en suite, air con, fridge, TV and DVD player.
The elegant Garden View room has a Queen sized bed, en suite, a continental theme and looks through palms to the resort-style pool. Also has TV, DVD, air con and fridge.

Indian Ocean Suite
Luxurious 95 sq metre suite with panoramic ocean views, big lounge, four poster bed, spa with ocean views, 50" LCD TV, fridge, free WiFi, delicious cooked or healthy breakfast and a complimentary bottle of Margaret River wine included. 40sq metre big balcony looks over Perth's best beach. Second bedroom with single four poster bed, comfortable rollabed can be added. We regret that children under 10 cannot be accepted.
Ocean Room
Colours blend into the beautiful Indian Ocean with ocean views, balcony and cooked or healthy breakfast overlooking the beach. Four poster bed, en suite, LCD TV, fridge, air con, free WiFi. All our guests also have access to complimentary tea and coffee, washing and ironing facilities, barbecue and communal fridges. We regret that children under 10 cannot be accepted.
Seaview French Boudoir
Ocean views, balcony and cooked or healthy breakfast overlooking the beach. Beautiful furnishings including four poster bed, en suite, free WiFi, LCD TV, air con, fridge, original art. We regret that children under 10 cannot be accepted.

Check In Instructions
Beach Manor has resident staff 24 hours a day. If you need to check in after 10pm, please call 0499 159 664 for gate entry code - an envelope with your name will be attached to the entry door which is to the LEFT at the top of the steps.
Children and Extra Guests Details
We regret that we cannot accept children under 10. Extra guests in rooms that can fit them are $29 for adults and $19 for children, including cooked or healthy breakfast with an ocean view.

What a way to start the day! The beach in front of you here at Beach Manor is one of the most beautiiful beaches in the world.
You can walk for kilometres to the left without seeing any buildings, or kilometres to the right along pure white sand, people watching and stopping at cafes along the way.
You can even dispense with your car at Beach Manor - public transport is plentiful into Perth city only 12km away, and the nearest restaurant at the start of the vibrant Scarborough beach cafe strip is only 2 doors away.
The shopping centre is only a 3 minute walk from Beach Manor and there are three major shopping centres within 5 minutes' drive.
Beach Manor is in a quiet beach cul de sac with glorious ocean views up and down the coast, the closest accommodation to the beach in Perth.
