The house is very spacious making it well suited for larger families, extended and/or business stays.

The house is fully heated and air conditioned and accommodates 12 people with 9 beds comprising of - 3 queen beds, 4 single beds 2 double sofa beds. We are also children friendly and provide a portable cot and high chair at no additional charge.

The large main bedroom includes an ensuite with separate shower and bath, while the main bathroom has a separate shower, bath tub and separate toilet.

The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, modern dishwasher and modern cooking appliances. All plates, cutlery, crockery and glasses are provided.

INFORMATION requirements for your stay - please read carefully and return the required information by the due date. The codes for the access to the property will only be provided upon receipt of this information.

1.Fill the front page of the attached House License Agreement

2.A copy of your drivers licence or passport for ID

3.Names of the Guests staying at the property (full names)

4.Credit Card details (number/expiry date/name & security code) for the property bond (The bond is authorised on day of check in, funds need to be available).


The $750 pre authorisation of Property BOND on your VISA/MASTERCARD is administered on the day of check in.

PROPERTY BOND is required to be pre-authorised prior to check in. Credit card details are to be supplied for this purpose and, provided no additional charges have been incurred, will be refunded within five (5) business days following your stay. Deductions may be made for the repair or replacement of damaged, lost or stolen property excessive cleaning fees and lost keys.


The property has been made available to you and the guests confirmed only for accommodation purposes only, no functions, gatherings or events are to be held to in accordance to the signed license agreement.

There are no Pets allowed & Smoking is not permitted in the house.
